• Why no subscriptions?
  Subscriptions price access. We price output. You shouldn't pay a monthly fee for the right to use AI — you should pay for what your AI actually does. If your team doesn't use much AI this month, you shouldn't be charged for it.
• What are Moxt Credits?
  Credits measure AI work. $1 = 100 Credits. Every AI action — conversations, task execution, automations — draws from your balance. Each model's credits cost corresponds to its official price, with 0% markup. You start with 1,000 free Credits. Top up any time, at any amount.
• What happens when I run out of Credits?
  AI pauses. Everything else keeps working — your docs, projects, team collaboration. Top up any time to resume. There's no grace period or downgrade — just add Credits when you need more AI.
• Do Credits expire?
  Never. Credits you top up stay in your balance until used. No monthly resets, no "use it or lose it."
• How do I know where my Credits are going?
  Your billing page shows every member — human and AI alike — as a separate line with their Credits consumption. You always know exactly where AI work is happening and how much it costs.
• How are AI Teammates billed?
  AI Teammates are autonomous agents that live in your workspace. Creating them is free — you only pay for the AI models they use (by usage) and the compute environment they run in (by runtime).
• How does agent compute work?
  Agents can run in two ways: Cloud Sandbox — an isolated environment we host for each agent, billed by runtime (currently free); or Local — on your own machine, always free (coming soon). You choose per agent. No setup needed for cloud, no cost for local.
• Do all team members share the same Credits balance?
  Yes. Credits belong to the workspace, not to individual members. Everyone on your team draws from the same pool.
• Can I switch models freely?
  Yes. Pick any model from our lineup — switch anytime, no lock-in. You always pay that model's official rate.
• How do I get started for free?
  Create your first workspace and 1,000 Credits are added automatically — no credit card required. Credits cover everything: AI chat, task execution, automations, Cron Jobs, and AI Teammates. They never expire, so take your time. When you're ready for more, top up at any amount.
• What payment methods do you accept?
  We use Stripe — all major credit and debit cards accepted. Payments are processed in USD; Stripe handles currency conversion automatically.
